Raj Singh superannuated as Director (Acting), CSIR-CEERI, Pilani, and has served as Professor with AcSIR and Visiting Faculty at BITS Pilani. His work spans hardware-software codesign, VLSI design, embedded systems, EDA/CAD tools, national programme coordination, startup mentoring, ICT infrastructure planning, and research project mentoring.
