Dr. Kaushiki Roy

Introduction

Dr. Kaushiki Roy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Raichur. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University.

Her research focuses on medical image analysis, deep learning, and automated lesion detection from CT, microscopy, and time-lapse images for accurate disease diagnosis. She develops hybrid deep learning models, segmentation frameworks, and ensemble methods for biomedical applications.

She has published multiple journal and conference papers, received several national and international fellowships and awards, and actively mentors students in AI, computer vision, and biomedical imaging projects.
